BOATS, BOATS, BOATS AND A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT AT THIS YEAR’S HUTCHWILCO NEW ZEALAND BOAT SHOW

2024 will be the year of launches and announcements at the Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show, with new boats and established brands showcased side by side for your viewing pleasure.

Game -changing boat agency lands at the show

Farnley’s Yamaha will be launching “game-changing” products and enhancing what is already a premium experience for customers and boat show attendees. They will be revealing their best-kept secret in the coming weeks for those who sign up to their VIP EDM, with a world-revered new boat brand agency entering the New Zealand market for the first time – scan the QR code on the right-hand page to get in the know.
The new brand, says Farnley’s Yamaha Managing Director James Horman, “is one of the highest selling manufacturers in their current market and is exactly what visitors to the Boat Show will be looking for.
“We’ll have a range of these boats at the Farnley’s Yamaha stand, showcasing this exciting new product range alongside established entry-level fishing boat and motor package options,” says Horman.
Farnley’s Yamaha is seeing two distinct groups in the boating world; those who are looking for premium leisure boating experiences versus others who are committed to offshore and inshore angling.
“The evolution of boating is here,” continues Horman.
“We’re certain to convert a new audience of Kiwi boat buyers looking for a premium ride, integrated technology and a focus on finish – all across a range of sizes from our five- to eightmetre offering,” he says. Watch this space as NZ Fishing News carefully follows these developments in the lead-up to the show.

Fishers and divers alike will be impressed with this amphibious boat – it will be sure to draw a crowd over the week so make sure you catch a glimpse of this fishing gem.
FC Boats will also be displaying the FC 560 Centre Console Amphibious Electric. The ultimate topwater fishing vessel with all the benefits of a great centre console, it also features an Anura electric over hydraulic wheel system.
This system is significantly quieter than the petrol option, generates no heat, and has a one-and-a-halfhour run time as standard. The electric over hydraulic can be used across the entire FC Amphibious range.
You can find Extreme Boats at stand 330, FC Boats at stand 320, and Farnley’s Yamaha at stand 380 in Hall 3.
